Refund policy
We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours.
We offer a 30-day return or exchange from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
1. Timeframe: You must request a return/exchange and ship the item back within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
3. Process:
- Contact our customer service at service@verdanthands.com to initiate a return/exchange.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address with a valid tracking number. Refunds/exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping Fees
-For non-quality issues: Customer bears return shipping costs, Shipping costs are non-refundable，normal free-shipping orders will have $8.99 deducted from refund, gift box packaging orders will have $14.99 deducted from refund.
- For quality issues: We cover return shipping costs and no deductions from refund
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Important Notes
- We recommend insured return shipping, refused packages will void refund eligibility
- Sale items may have different return terms
- Our shipping service does not include signature confirmation.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
